This charter has been in place since the company started and we adhere to it on every job we undertake.
Property Excellence will always;
- Treat you and your property with respect.
- Ensure you have a single point of contact throughout your project to discuss your requirements.
- At the close of each working day, leave the site clean and tidy.
- Ensure our team members are uniformed and well presented whenever on site.
- Ensure our team members will arrive when they are schedule to and will complete a day's work in full.
- At the end of each project (Kitchen, Bathroom or Renovation) bring in a professional cleaner for that area.

"Tidy, punctual, friendly and brilliant work ethic. The work itself was done in a timely manner with minimum inconvenience to myself and my family. At the end of the day the house always looked tidy. The bathroom builder cut his arm on one of the tiles, had to go to hospital for 6 stitches and was back at work the next day. When a leak occurred from the installed tower rail, no effort was spared to get this sorted out as soon as possible, on a Sunday. All the work was carried out within the agreed timeframe. We will use them for our downstairs lounge as well! Highly recommended."
