"Tidy, punctual, friendly and brilliant work ethic. The work itself was done in a timely manner with minimum inconvenience to myself and my family. At the end of the day the house always looked tidy. The bathroom builder cut his arm on one of the tiles, had to go to hospital for 6 stitches and was back at work the next day. When a leak occurred from the installed tower rail, no effort was spared to get this sorted out as soon as possible, on a Sunday. All the work was carried out within the agreed timeframe.
